Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for all non-final sale items.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition as received — intact, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags attached. All returned items are subject to review and inspection. Items returned dirty, damaged, worn, or not in original condition may be refused or sent back to the customer.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, customers are responsible for both the return shipping fee and the shipping cost of the exchanged item.
